Dictionary of Emotions at YARAT Centre

An art project exploring how complex emotions can be communicated visually. Ten people were interviewed about a story or feeling they found difficult to express in words. Each story was sketched and turned into an original painting. The collection of ten paintings was exhibited at YARAT, where visitors were invited to explain what they saw in each painting and whether it matched the feeling it was meant to express. The project explored how personal experience, artistic expression, and individual perception relate to each other. YARAT provided a stamped and signed confirmation of the exhibition.
